By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services and Packages pages describe our offerings and starting prices, but these are indicative only. Final scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any project — including training, dashboards, research, GIS work or custom solutions — are confirmed in writing (by email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
This website is where you discover and enquire about SDI's training programmes. Course enrolment, lessons, exercises, assessments and certificates are provided through our separate learning platform (learn.swahilidata.com), which may have its own terms of use. Course availability, content and schedules are subject to change.
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or full payment on delivery) will be agreed with you before a project starts. Individual training fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any data, documents or business information you share with us is used only to deliver the agreed project and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You remain the owner of your own data at all times.
Case studies, insights and reports published on this website that reference client work are anonymized — client names, exact figures and confidential data are not published without the client's authorization. Content on our Insights pages (including data snapshots and economic figures) is provided for general informational purposes and is not financial, investment or legal advice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, dashboards, reports, training materials and other deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment. SDI retains the right to reuse general methods, templates and non-confidential know-how developed during a project for other clients.
We work to deliver accurate, high-quality analysis and solutions based on the data and information you provide. SDI is not liable for decisions made based on our reports, dashboards or published insights, or for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete data supplied to us.
Our website may link to third-party services we use or recommend, including our learning platform (learn.swahilidata.com) and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services once you leave our website.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
